She claimed to have never used Botox or other cosmetic beauty fillers to keep wrinkles and fine lines at bay. The mom, who posts under the handle @40momtobe on TikTok, has filled her account with tips for staying young.

In a recent video, she revealed the biggest secret that she swears by for slowing the signs of aging on the skin. “Chicken bone soup, eat this once a week,” she said.

She shared the full recipe for the dish in the caption of her post. “Add chicken drumsticks (three to six pieces) in cold water,” she wrote.

“Add two Kayanoya dashi packs or any dashi pack, sake, and salt. “Boil for about two hours, add some vegetables then boil for another hour. It’s really yummy.”

The 47-year-old mom included the hashtags #agebetter and #howtolookyounger which helped the video to quickly get hundreds of views.

The highly nutritious food is believed to protect the joints, reduce gut inflammation, and aid sleep. The mother’s TikTok post came after she previously went viral for sharing another anti-aging food that she eats regularly to keep her skin youthful.

“It smells terrible,” she said after taking the cover off to reveal the food. “You have to stir it 100 times. This sticky slime gives you so many health benefits!”

She used chopsticks to take a huge bite of the food before confirming what it was in the caption of the post. “I researched thousands of young-looking Japanese women and they all eat natto. It is good food for anti-aging but it has much more health benefits.

“I can talk forever about natto benefits,” she wrote. Almost 23,000 people watched the video and liked it as they were grateful for the advice. However, commenters admitted the overwhelming ammonia odor of natto would be too overwhelming for them.
