Speaking on Friday after visiting with the family of the late CDF boss in Nairobi together with the Azimio-One Kenya leaders, Karua condoled with Ogolla’s widow as she also raised fears of suspected foul play surrounding the general’s death.

Karua wondered whether it was part of General Ogolla’s job to go to Elgeyo Marakwet County to inspect classrooms or if he had been ordered to do so.

“Yesterday’s accident needs expeditious investigations and this will not only help the tense and anxious Kenyans but will also put an end to any speculation. Investigations must be open and report made to the public,” Karua said.
