The two political figures in Rivers State (Nyesom Wike and Fubara) are into political battle in controlling the state’s affairs. There political crises had led to the intervention of President Bola Tinubu intitiating the signing of a peace accord to end the existing feud between them.

Meanwhile, the intervention of the president has sparked controversial reactions, as some say it’s unconstitutional.

Reacting to this, Ndukwe stated that the intervention of the president in the state’s crisis is on the basis of making peace.

In addition, Oby revealed her long-term relationship with the former Rivers state governor, Wike, maintaining that she had known him since he was serving as a local government chairman and adding that Wike is a fighter, following his experience in politics.
