High blood pressure is a silent killer across the globe. In Nigeria about one in every four Nigeria adults has high blood pressure. It is a blood pressure reading of 140/90 higher. It can only be treated and controlled. High blood pressure can lead to severe health complication and increase in the risk of heart disease.
When i discovered that high blood pressure in my body i went to the hospital for check up and it gave a reading of 190/96. I was placed on drugs for some days, but there was no improvement.
