1. Planking. This is an exercise that is target exactly your abs. It might not be easy doing it the first time but as you go it will become easy.

2. Reduce stress. It has been seen that stress increases your appetite. So to cut down unnecessary eating habits reduce your stress.

3. Drunk water. Water has absolutely zero calories, the more you drink the less you will feel hungry.

7. Go for more walks. Try walking for at least 30 to 40 minutes a day to shed of some calories off your belly.
