According to Fabin, the FA President asked the CAF medical team to do an MRI for the players. He stated that out of the 28 players, a total number of 20 players failed the test and he had to set up another team to play against Nigeria.
If I was Fabin, I would rather not talk about this particular issue after a defeat. His words exposes the crook state of the Ghanaian football system. Years ago, we have heard about this same topic on how Ghana gathers old men to play in under-17 and under-20 tournaments. The advancement of the technology system has exposed their heinous ways and now they have to blame their defeat on CAF.
It’s illogical to blame the CAF medical team because they are certainly doing their job for the fairness of the game. Have the Ghanaian team ever wondered why Nigeria are well-off in the World Cup under-17 tournament? It’s because they assemble players within this age grade, the likes of Victor Osimhen and Samuel Chukwueze both played in the Under-17s World Cup tournament.
