In one of the posters online, the Ibadan-based Fuji Lord was seen in the poster alongside the APC supposedly candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The poster reads, “I will be performing live at the 1 million solidarity walk for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu Presidential aspiration in 2023.”
The walk is billed to take place at the Lagos Ibadan Expressway Tollgate, beside Lead City University To Liberty stadium, Ring road, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Alhaji Rasheed Ayinde Merenge, is one of the top fuji musicians around with track records of successful albums to his name.
The One Million walk is organized by a coalition of support groups for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu 2023.
Meanwhile, as the year 2023 approaches, different groups are springing up getting ready for the campaign year that will soon come around in a couple of weeks. Amongst the group that has been in the forefront is SWAGA that was launched recently in Lagos to garner support for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu despite the fact that their principal has not really declared his intention to run for the presidential election billed for 2023.
