Football managers are held responsible for the team’s performances and have the duty to accomplish the club’s goals each season.
It is uncommon in modern football to see a football manager oversee a club for an extended period of time since if the team’s performance falls short of expectations and they begin to have poor results, the manager of the team is the one who is fired.
However, in this article we will be writing on the manager who has managed in more than two clubs, without getting sacked.
Pep Guardiola
Josep “Pep” Guardiola is one of the most successful and admired football coaches of our time. His approach to the game is not only tactical but also philosophical, based on his belief that football should be played with a certain level of aesthetic beauty.
Guardiola’s management style has brought success to every team he has coached, and he is the only football coach to have managed more than two clubs and never been sacked.
Guardiola’s coaching journey began in 2008 when he was appointed as the head coach of Barcelona, the club he had previously played for as a midfielder. In his first season in charge, he led Barcelona to win the treble – the La Liga title, the Copa del Rey, and the UEFA Champions League.
