1. Tomato products: these products are acidic, can irritate your bladder, and cause you to urinate more often.

2. Chocolate: this is made of cocoa which has caffeine, and has the potential to cause bladder irritation.

3. Coffee and Tea: these are products with caffeine which can increase your urge to urinate more frequently, it is advisable you avoid or reduce your intake to reduce the effect
