The uterus, then, is an organ that sustains the growing embryo until birth by supplying it with blood and a protective environment.

A woman can improve her fertility by making dietary and lifestyle adjustments. There are a number of things that, for the sake of the baby’s development, all mothers should avoid doing.

1. Vigorous exercise.

Getting regular exercise is crucial when trying to conceive since it helps keep the body healthy and energized. You run the risk of going too far, though. Ovulation can be suppressed by excessive exercise.

3. Caffeine

You don’t have to give up your morning coffee forever, but you should attempt to limit how much caffeine you take in each day. It’s best to play it safe and stick to no more than two glasses every day, as individual experiences may naturally differ.

A 2016 study published by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine indicated that women who drank more than five cups of coffee per day had lower fertility. In the event that you do become pregnant, you may find that it is more challenging than you anticipated due to an increased risk of miscarriage.

4. Drinking too much alcohol.
