Urine can reveal if you have a health problem.

The color of your urine can provide information about your health and what’s going on inside your body.

It’s crucial to keep track of how your urine looks (especially the color) and how it feels as you pass it. The color of urine can reveal if certain organs aren’t working properly, if there’s a deficiency (indicating a need to improve diet/take more vitamins), and one’s overall health.

Blood in the urine, for example, could indicate a problem with the kidneys, urinary system, urethra, or bladder.

When you’re in the bathroom, take a look at these urine colors to see what they mean:

1. Clear Urine

A clear urine indicates that enough water has been consumed and that the body is well hydrated. The clearer the pee, the more water has been eaten! It’s also never a bad idea to stay hydrated.
