Urine can reveal if you have a health problem.
The color of your urine can provide information about your health and what’s going on inside your body.
It’s crucial to keep track of how your urine looks (especially the color) and how it feels as you pass it. The color of urine can reveal if certain organs aren’t working properly, if there’s a deficiency (indicating a need to improve diet/take more vitamins), and one’s overall health.
Blood in the urine, for example, could indicate a problem with the kidneys, urinary system, urethra, or bladder.
When you’re in the bathroom, take a look at these urine colors to see what they mean:
1. Clear Urine
A clear urine indicates that enough water has been consumed and that the body is well hydrated. The clearer the pee, the more water has been eaten! It’s also never a bad idea to stay hydrated.
2. Dark Yellow Colour
Dark yellow urine is a sign that you need to drink more water; it’s one of the main reasons people are told to drink extra water when their urine is dark yellow.
3. The colour brown
Brown urine can be a symptom of dehydration in certain situations, but it can also be an indication of a liver disease that necessitates rapid medical attention.
4. The colour orange
When it’s not food coloring, orange pee usually means you’re not getting enough water, and it could also mean you have a liver problem.
5. The color red
When the urine turns crimson, it’s a cause for concern, while it could be due to certain foods or colors consumed; it could also be anything related to kidney, bladder, or prostrate cancer, and should be tested right away.
