Dietitian Manpreet shared the following reasons which may be making it difficult to lose belly fat.

1. Low protein breakfast

You might be having a low-protein breakfast which is why you might not be losing your belly fat. Include protein in your diet such as sprout or fermented lentils.

2. Overloaded liver

Your liver is overloaded when it does not function at a healthy level. You can detox your liver by having a liver detox smoothie once a week.

3. Disturbed sleep

Another reason behind stubborn belly fat is disturbed sleep. Drink a cup of chamomile tea with a pinch of cinnamon.

4. Improper digestion

Also, digestive issues make it difficult to lose weight. Drink bay leaf tea post meals to improve digestion.

5. Slow metabolism
