As usual, the top players in Europe have already started banging in their goals to spice up the race.

Erling Haaland scored a hat-trick as Manchester City came from two goals down to beat Crystal Palace 4-2. The Norway star has now scored 6 golas in 4 matches.

Neymar scored PSG’s only goal on the night as they were held to a 1-1 draw by AS Monaco.

Robert Lewandowski and Karim Benzema both bagged braces as Barca and Real Madrid saw off Valladolid and Espanyol 4-0 and 3-1 respectively.

Another big name in the race who found the net this weekend was Harry Kane. The Tottenham striker also scored a brace to help Spurs to a 2-0 victory over Nottingham Forest.
