Arteta will be a happy man if he could qualify for the champions league next season, and the only way that’s possible now is only if they win against Everton on the last day and pray Tottenham loses against Norwich.

Also, Norwich is already a relegation candidate as well as Everton, but then Everton is still fighting to remain in the champions league next season.
Tottenham might be reluctant to play Norwich with every confidence that they will win which could be detrimental to Antonio Conte, and losing against Norwich provides a chance for Arsenal to go to the champions league.
