Paris Saint-German defender Sergio Ramos has been left out of the Spanish squad ever since he left Real Madrid. The former Madrid player missed the Euro 2020 after he was not included in the 24-man list by Luis Enrique.
The 35-year-old won the latter of his 180 caps in March, but his time at Real Madrid has been blighted by injury and he has featured just seven times for the La Liga giant before heading to Paris.
However, the Spanish national head coach has announced Spain’s 25-man list for the upcoming friendly match against Switzerland and Portugal, with the former Madrid man failing to make the list. Other players who were snubbed include Ansu Fati and David De Gea
The 25 Man squad includes;
Goalkeeper: Simon, Sanchez, Raya
Defenders: Carvajal, García, Alba, Azpilicueta, Llorente Torres, Gaya, Guillamon
Midfielders: Hernandez, Busquets, Koke, Gavi, Soler, Pedri, Llorente
Forwards: Morata, Iglesias, Torres, Sarabia, Williams, Asensio, Pino
However, the none inclusion of the Spanish striker into Spain’s Squad might trigger him to pull out of international football as it looks vague if he would play for the National side in the World Cup in Qatar.
