Oligospermia
This is one of the conditions that can make it impossible to impregnate a woman. Oligospermia is a condition where few male gametes are produced. All men should seek medical help once this begins to occur.

This can inflame and scar the fallopian tubes, making it hard for the male and female gamete to find each other thereby obstructing pregnancy. Everyone should try to avoid this health condition.
