The Blues are acquiring Leeds United’s prolific forward, Raphinha, before the end of this summer transfer window.

According to a report by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Thomas Tuchel’s side intend to offer Leeds United roughly 60 million euros.

The Blues are rumored to have verbally stated they are willing to pay a price of around 65 million euros for the young winger during discussions with Leeds United football club.

The American owners of Chelsea have already spoken with Manchester City star Raheem Sterling about including the talented winger in a revamped attacking lineup.
