A High Court of the FCT chaired by Judge Hamza Muazu has removed the Nigerian People’s Congress, a former APC co-loyalist to the state governor, Abdullahi Ganduje.
In issuing the ruling on Tuesday, the judge granted all the reliefs requested by Senator Ibrahim Shekarau‘s faction, seeking that the group led by Ganduje not hold district and local government congresses.
While the Ganduje-led faction is led by Abdullahi Abbas, the Shekarau faction is led by Ahmadu Haruna Zago.
