In preparation for this they have signed new players. They signed Raheem Sterling from Manchester City and Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli. Sterling will join their list of wingers consisting of Christian Pulisic, Callum Hudson- Odoi and Kennedy.
Koulibaly on the other hand will join their list of centre backs that has Thiago Silva, Trevor Chalobah, Malang Sarr, Levi Colwill and E. Ampadu.
Conor Gallagher who was on loan to Crystal Palace and Billy Gilmour who was on loan to Norwich City in the 2021/2022 season have each joined the midfield team consisting of N’golo Kante, Mason Mount, Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic, and Loftus Cheek.
The forwards they have in the club are Kai Havertz, Timo Werner, Armando Broja, Michy Batshuayi and Anjorin.
