At the moment, they are occupying first position with 6 champions league titles. They won their last title in 2019, after defeating Tottenham Hotspur by two goals to nothing.
2. Manchester United: the last time Manchester United won the champions league title was in 2008 when they defeated Chelsea on penalties. As such, they’re occupying second position with three champions league titles.
3. Chelsea: The third most successful club in EPL based on number of champions league titles won is Chelsea. The last time they won the champions league was in 2021 against Manchester City. As such, they’re occupying third position with 2 champions league titles.
4. Nottingham Forest: Nottingham Forest who sealed passage to the Premier League with a 1-0 victory over Huddersfield on Sunday evening, are occupying fourth position with two champions league titles.
5. Aston Villa: the last team on the list is Aston Villa. They won the champions league title in 1981-82 campaign.
