As the season has drawn to a close, we would be taking a look back at the impressive players who won the Golden Boot in each of those leagues.

English Premier League Golden Boot Winners

In the English Premier League, the Golden Boot award was shared by Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah and Tottenham Hotspur’s Son Heung-min. Both stars scored 23 goals in the English Premier League in the 2021/22 season.

Spanish La Liga Golden Boot Winner

Italian Serie A Golden Boot Winner

German Bundesliga Golden Boot Winner

Bayern Munich star, Robert Lewandowski won the Golden Boot award again after another splendid Bundesliga season saw him score 35 league goals and also win the league title with Bayern Munich.

French Ligue 1 Golden Boot Winner

Paris Saint-Germain star, Kylian Mbappe won the Golden Boot award with a tally of 29 goals. Paris Saint-Germain secured the Frenchman’s future by tying him to a three-year deal a couple of days ago and he is expected to lead the French capital side to even more success next season.

Primeira Liga Golden Boot Winner

Benfica’s hot prospect, Darwin Nuñez clinched the Golden Boot in the Portuguese league after he scored 26 goals and finished six goals ahead of his closest competitor, Mehdi Taremi of Porto.

Nuñez is widely expected to move to one of Europe’s top clubs in the next transfer window as his form last season has made it even more difficult for Benfica to keep him.
