According to an update on Chelsea’s website, he revealed that the players are French midfielder, Ngolo Kante and Senegalese goalkeeper, Edouard Mendy. Both players are currently out injured.

Ngolo Kante has been out of action for the Blues since sustaining an injury during Chelsea’s 2-2 draw against city rivals, Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge.

Edouard Mendy has not played a game in the last 10 games. His last action was the London derby against West Ham United which ended 2-1 in favour of the Blues.

Graham Potter revealed that Edouard Mendy’s knee has been bothering him a bit. He expressed worry that the Senegalese goalkeeper might not be out for a long time but for now, he is not ready to play.
