Sleepwave also conducted a study which discovered that three quarters of the participants woke up feeling exhausted atleast twice a week with an estimated 50 to 70 million people living with chronic and acute sleep disorders. And one common behaviour which prevents most people from getting rest is constantly looking at the clock.

Many times, one ends up looking at the clock and starts counting the hours left for sleep. This can result in stress and anxiety that if one does not sleep soon enough, the next day can be long and exhausting, be it at work or in school.
