Vanguard reported how Former Senate President, Bukola Saraki welcomed the group to the PDP in Lagos State. The group before their defection had been reportedly having a fierce battle with APC leadership in the state. Constrained by the little power available to them to fight supremacy while in the All Progressive Congress, APC camp, the group has taken a bold step to take the bull by its horn.
However, it’s interesting to weigh the strength that the group possess to outdo Tinubu’s supremacy in Lagos. Can Lagos4Lagos bring an end to Tinubu Supremacy in Lagos?
Lagos4Lagos Attempt To Outdo Tinubu While In APC
While in the APC, the group’s major aim was to end the dominance of Tinubu in the party and Lagos at large. The group went as far as conducting a parallel congress. However, the leadership faction loyal to Tinubu was recognised at the party’s national secretariat. Though this attempt failed, the group showed the will and courage to dare, and that’s very important in politics.
The Group Defection, The Leader Statement And What It Entails
Although, the leader of Lagos4Lagos Movement, Jandor, was persuaded by the Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, from decamping from the party, he has strongly shown that achieving his political aim is supreme to any other agenda.

From Jandor’s statement while decamping, he clearly stated that he’s ready to deliver Lagos to the PDP. He stated that his movement has the numerical strength to attain this feat.
Well, what this entails is the preparedness of the group to slug it out with the APC in Lagos and end Tinubu supremacy in Lagos. Can the group achieve this giant agenda?
