Chelsea have been in talks with Barcelona in recent weeks for the transfer of Aubameyang but have not yet reached an agreement with Barcelona.
Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel worked with Aubameyang at Borussia Dortmund and is determined to reunite with the 33 year old striker at Stamford Bridge but is now facing competition from Manchester United.
