The Poland international has told the Bavarians that he wants to leave this summer, a year before his contract at Allianz Arena expires.

In 2021-22, Lewandowski had another strong campaign for the German giants, netting 50 goals and providing seven assists in 46 games across all competitions.

However, at this point of his career, the 33-year-old seems to be looking for a fresh challenge, and the Blaugrana are working hard to lure him to Camp Nou. With that we’ll be looking at how Xavi’s side could line-Up with the veteran striker included;

The Spanish outfit has also reportedly agreed to get Andreas Christensen from the Blues on a Bosman deal, but Araujo and Pique could still be the first-choice center-backs next campaign Jordi Alba is likely to start the season as the undisputed left back ahead of the impending arrival of Chelsea’s Marcos Alonso.

On the other hand, the futures of Dani Alves and Sergino Dest are still up in the air, while Xavi’s side are still be heavily credited with Chelsea’s Cesar Azpilicueta.

If he decides to leave Chelsea this summer, the Spain international could play at right-back, with Sergi Roberto providing cover, if he overcomes his injury concerns.

There is doubt around the futures of Ousmane Dembele, Memphis Depay, and Adama Traore, and Barcelona continues to struggle financially, but there is space for changes this summer, and the team’s 2022-23 season could be exciting if their top targets are signed.
