Nayef Aguerd, Gianluca Scamacca and Emerson Palmieri are doubts for West Ham’s vital Premier League clash with Southampton on Sunday.
The Hammers start the run-in inside the relegation zone on goal-difference and welcome bottom side Saints to the London Stadium for a six-pointer.
Speaking ahead of the game on Friday, David Moyes revealed Aguerd is carrying a hip issue, while Scamacca has a knee problem and Emerson has been suffering with illness.
All three are set to be assessed on Saturday before any decision is taken over their involvement.
West Ham will be boosted, however, by the return of Vladimir Coufal.
The right-back missed the Irons’ last two league games prior to the international break with a persistent heel problem but was fit enough to start both matches for Czech Republic over the last fortnight.
Moyes also has a decision to make in goal, with Lukasz Fabianski available again having recovered from a fractured cheekbone suffered in the 4-0 win over Nottingham Forest last month. Alphonse Areola has been deputising but the Pole could return.
