Chelsea yesterday were announced to have reached a full agreement for Raphinha with the two clubs already agreed a fee around £60/£65m (including add-ons) which was far more than Arsenal’s £44m official bid, which they were initially planning to increase in their new bid before the news broke out.
However, the football young talent was also linked with a possible move to Barcelona with personal terms already agreed with his agent Deco four months ago.
With the current situation surrounding his deal, Barcelona still have a strong chance of getting him signed despite Chelsea’s agreement with Leeds United by hijacking the deal noting that there is no agreement yet on the side of the player which will be the green light to his move.
Chelsea are waiting for Raphinha’s answer with his agent to have a direct talk with the West London club as scheduled for tomorrow.
Barcelona in this regard could be the final destination as they are still very alive with the option, the strength of the player and the agent despite Chelsea having an agreement with Leeds United.
This became more heightened with report reaching out that his agent, Deco held 11th-hour talk with Barcelona today ahead of meeting Chelsea tomorrow which made the deal still very much opened as Arsenal and Barcelona will try until the end.
