If Arsenal sign Jorginho this winter, they could line up in a 4-3-3 formation under Arteta. In this formation, Jorginho would be deployed as the deep-lying playmaker, with Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey in the midfield. This would allow Jorginho to dictate the play from deep and provide the necessary support for the attack.

In front of the midfield trio, Arteta could deploy Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli on the wings, with Edward Nketiah leading the attack.

This would give Arsenal a potent attacking force, with Jorginho at the heart of it all. The Italian international would be able to use his passing range to unlock defences and create chances for his teammates.

At the back, Arteta could opt for a back four of Ben White, William Saliba, Gabriel Magalhaes, and Kieran Tierney. This would give the Gunners a solid defensive base while allowing them to launch attacks quickly and efficiently.
