What happened in Club Timba XO?

The lawmaker suffered humongous losses on Tuesday, June 25, after a group of enraged protesters in Eldoret stormed the premises of his newly opened club and stole liquor in protests of the contentious Finance Bill 2024.

An emerging clip now shows how a group of protesters from Eldoret downed a pricey bottle of alcohol just outside the precincts of the club.

While expressing excitement and disbelief in equal measure, the group of men gobbled the bottle of alcohol and were delighted to discover it was worth KSh 3,500.

“What? It costs KSh 3,500! I will keep this bottle,” one of the three men said after they saw the price tag behind the bottle.

Club Timba XO vandalised

As reported, images and videos shared online showed angry protestors breaking into the nightclub, some carrying away alcohol bottles.

The demonstrators caused severe damage to Sudi’s club, with some making away with liquor worth thousands.

They also stoned the club’s windows, and a video of the establishment’s classy look before it was vandalised also showed the extent of the damage.

Sudi acquired the popular club along the Eldoret-Nakuru highway and refurbished it to modern standards to provide stiff competition to other clubs in the town, including Tamasha…CONTINUE READING>>
