The yougest among the trio is Will Still. This Belgian coach is currently 30 years old and has a UEFA A coaching licence. Stade de Reims. Still took up hi first managerial job on October 13, 2013 when he was appointed to head the coaching crew of Stade de Reims, a French top flight club.
This appointment came just 73 days after he joined the club as an assistant to Óscar García. Interestingly, he has continued toprive his mettle since the upgrade. Still (who also has English citizenship) has lost only one of his 18 matches as head coach (won 9, drew 8).
The next top flight coach that is younger than Messi is Matthias Jaissle. This 34-year-old gaffer retired as a centre-back in 2014. Before his current job, he has served as manager at FC Liefering, an Austrian second tier club and AKA Salzburg U18.
The German was chosen to manage Red Bull Salzburg in the summer of 2021. He led the club to a domestic double as he won both the Austrian Bundesliga and Austrian cup at the end of the season. Jaissle has only lost 10 out of his 81 games since taking charge of the club.
Julian Nagelsmann is next on the list. This one is about one month younger than Messi. This Germany-born gaffer has UEFA Pro license. Having managed Hoffenheim U19 (2013-2016), TSG Hoffenheim (2016-2019) and RB Leipzig (2019-2021), he became the manager at Bayern Munich On July 1, 2021. Nagelsmann has not lost any game in the 2022/23 UCL. In fact, he gas won all eight games whilst conceding only two goals against older managers.
