Manchester City enters this match after coming up short against Southampton in the EFL Cup and archrivals Manchester United in the Premier League, but they will look to capitalize on a Spurs side that is in bad form.

Guardiola’s men blew a 1-0 lead at Old Trafford after Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes scored late in the game to give the Red Devils a 2-1 victory.

Manchester City are now eight points behind league leaders Arsenal in second place in the Premier League table, and the title is almost certain to go to North London unless they make significant improvements.

Tottenham, on the other hand, are stuck in fifth place in the Premier League table, with tensions rising in the Lilywhites’ camp.

Conte’s men were humiliated (2-0) by Arsenal in their most recent fixture, thanks to a scrappy own goal by Hugo Lloris, which was later capped off by Martin Odegaard, who scored the second to give the Gunners a decisive win in the North London derby.

Players To Watch:

1. Harry Kane (Tottenham):

When it comes to big games, you can’t just keep him out as a veteran striker. In 19 Premier League appearances for Spurs this season, he has already scored 15 goals and provided one assist.

With his ability to play between the lines and as a playmaker, he is the man who will put Pep Guardiola and his team under pressure.

In addition, he is one goal away from equaling Jimmy Greaves’ all-time club record of 266 goals and two short of 200 Premier League goals, a feat only a few have achieved.

2. Erling Haaland (Manchester City):

Erling Haaland has been in blistering form this season, scoring 21 Premier League goals, but he has failed to get on the scoresheet in the last two league games against Chelsea and Manchester United.
