1. Mason Mount

Mount is one of Chelsea’s out-of-form attackers that have also gotten too many starting chances. He has been used in two different areas, but his stats have failed to improve. So in the Palace game, Potter should bench him and give Ziyech a starting chance.

2. Aubameyang

Another player that Chelsea should bench in their next match against Crystal Palace is Aubameyang. The striker appears to be struggling as he is new to the club’s pattern, so allowing him to observe from the bench is what Potter should do.

3. Kai Havertz

Havertz should also be benched against Crystal Palace as he is among the attackers that have been slowing the team’s attacking tempo.

These days he loses possession easily, and only a few key passes have come from his position. Pulisic, who has been patient, should rather be used in the game.
