There were rumours that the star could leave at the end of this season but he rubished this claims.
“I am staying at Liverpool next season for sure, that’s clear. In my mind, I don’t focus on contract right now”.
“I don’t want to be selfish, it’s not the right moment to speak about the contract”, he added.
On the other hand his teammate Sadio Mane as said that no discussion as been held between him and Liverpool, the Senegalese player as said he will announce his decision after Champions League final.
“There will be new discussions at the end of the season. I’ll answer after Champions League final”.
Mane will be out of contract in June 2023 and there are chances for him to leave the club this summer. He as been linked with Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain.
