1. One of the foods that pregnant women around the world should avoid eating for the sake of their unborn baby in their womb is raw eggs.

If you usually eat raw eggs when you are pregnant, you should immediately avoid it because raw eggs contain some bacteria known as salmonella which can threaten the life of your unborn baby which may result in stillbirth or miscarriage.

2. Another thing that you should not eat when you are pregnant is animal organ meat. Animal organ meat contains lots of vitamins and minerals needed during pregnancy but you should not eat it in excess because it can lead to miscarriage. You should try your best to include more fruits in your daily diet.
