The simple way to help get rid of Hickey from your neck is by putting ice on the affected area. Wrap the ice in a towel and place on the area of your neck where the Hickey formed for a couple of minutes (10-15) for a duration of about two days.

This will help calm down the inflammation around that area and help cool off the cluster of blood capillaries in that area. By doing this the Hickey or mark will start clearing off and depending on the intensity, it might totally clear off before two days or more.
