1. Numbness And Tingling In Your Hands And Feet

This is one of the most common signs of poor circulation of blood in the body.

A person may feel numbness in the hands and feet because blood is unable to flow to the extremities. You may also have a sensation of pins and needles called tingling.

2. Cold Hands And Feet

This results from the accumulation of fluids in the lower extremities due to poor blood circulation. It usually manifests as a swollen leg, ankle or feel.
