According to Healthline, foods that contain nutrients in the right proportion maintain the growth and health of the body’s tissues, cells, organs, and bones, and knowing about these foods and including them in your children’s diet will help to maintain a healthy development in them and also make them grow fast.

Beans are very rich in protein and important minerals like iron, copper, zinc, manganese, and magnesium, while also packed with enough fibre and vitamin B, which are essential for the growth and development of body tissues and also for protecting against anemia, a medical condition in which red blood cells are not produced in a sufficient amount, making the body deficient in them overtime. The high iron content in beans is used in the production of red blood cells.

2. Yoghurt is a type of fermented food that you should include in your children’s diet because it contains probiotics, a type of useful bacteria that helps in maintaining gut health and assists in the enhancement of immune function, reducing infection, and promoting growth in children.

3. Sweet potatoes are also rich in vitamin A and other essential nutrients that help to keep the bones in healthy condition in order for them to grow properly without any hindrance.

4. Apart from the rich nutrients available in eggs, they also contain a high amount of vitamin D and proteins, which help children grow fast.
