If you are very worried about the insects infesting the grains in your house, then bay leaves are your saviour. These leaves have a strong aroma and their fragrance irritates these insects. Here’s a simple remedy that can shoo them insects away like they were never there.
To keep your flour safe, tie a muslin cloth containing bay leaves and cloves, add this cloth in the flour box. By doing this, one can get rid of both white and black insects. It can also be used to protect rice, pulses, legumes, and any kind of flour.
