Certain foods, according to MedinePlus and WebMD, should be avoided by all males. Because they can harm the reproductive system, these meals can significantly reduce a man’s likelihood of producing children. See some of them below:

1. Alcohol.

Excessive alcohol use has been linked to infertility in men, according to studies. Sadly, most men are unable to resist the temptation of drinking beer.

Alternative.

Green tea, zobo juice, and bitter leaf juice are all alcohol substitutes.

2. Processed meats.

4. Pasta and noodle dishes.

Noodles appear to be a good option because they are delicious, easy to prepare, and packed with flavor. However, they aren’t in the best shape possible. Toxic chemicals and compounds used in the manufacturing process can affect a man’s reproductive system, which is why these noodles are junk food.
Alternative.

Noodles are unhealthy because they are made from artificial ingredients. Try to eat foods that are grown in a more natural and sustainable way.
