According to an article written by medicinenet, some people eat different kinds of foods that can cause harm to the heart on a daily basis but many of them don’t know this.

1. If you want to reduce the chances of contracting heart disease, you should do your best to avoid red meat in your daily diet or you should reduce the rate at which you eat it on a daily basis.

Red meat is loaded with enough saturated fats that can raise the amount of cholesterol in your body and as a result, can cause heart problems.

So, you are advised to lower the rate at which you eat red meat and always try your best to visit your doctor for a regular medical check-up if you notice any change in your heart function.

2. Another thing that can cause heart disease if you continue to eat them on a daily basis is soda drinks.

They are high in sugar which can make you obese or overweight and as a result, can cause heart disease.

3. Another drink which can cause heart problems is alcohol.

So, you should eat more fruit and water instead of alcohol.
