He stated that he would accept going home if the faction of Kenya Kwanza MPs seeking his removal succeeded.

“If it’s said I should continue working, I am ready; if it’s said I should go home, I am also ready,” he said.

What message did Gachagua pass to Mt. Kenya?

Gachagua urged the Mt. Kenya region to remain united and not allow anyone to divide them, explaining that disunity would lead to significant challenges.

Even if there is another leader, do not allow Mt. Kenya to be divided,” he said.

The deputy president emphasised his desire for the mountain region to come together to achieve social, economic, and political benefits while maintaining a presence in government.

He noted that his commitment to unity is informed by his experiences during the era of the late former president Daniel Moi…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE ARTICLES>>>
