Anthony Joshua has been warned that Tyson Fury is untouchable as the domestic rivals gear up for their mega-fight.
Heavyweight champion Fury was expected to come out of retirement and face Oleksandr Usyk – who beat Joshua for the second time last month – in an undisputed clash at the end of this year.
Those plans have been sidelined after Usyk opted to take time away from the ring, with Fury now offering Joshua the chance to become a three-time champion by fighting for his WBC title.
Joshua accepted a deal proposed by Fury’s team, which is understood to be a 60/40 purse split in Fury’s favour, as the pair are set to meet at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on December 3.
