She was born as the firstborn in a family of 3 kids. Their family was poor and all they could afford was just food. They were not enrolled in school her mother was forced to start selling chang’aa despite her being a member of the Akorino church.
Their dad was working as a watchman but was also a drunkard. Their dad would use all her salary on alcohol. When Regina turned 11, her mother died due to tuberculosis. She had refused to go to the hospital since their church believed only in prayers.
After the burial of their mother, one day, the dad returned home drunk and demanded that if she wanted him to help her provide for her siblings, she had to sleep with him. She was uneducated and naive and loved her siblings.
She gave in to his demands and when she was 12, she conceived from her dad. She shared with some villagers after giving birth but they advised her to run away since they were afraid to host her because their dad was a violent man.
They went to live in a dumping site where they would eat leftovers from the dump site. She has given birth to 3 more kids while there and is now requesting well-wishers to offer her a manual job to be able to provide for them..<<CONTINUE READING>>
