The Bundesliga side head to London in the hope of causing one of the biggest final upsets in recent times as they take on 14-time winners Real Madrid, who have four of the last eight editions of the competition.
But large sections of both fanbases are set to be left disappointed after both clubs received an official allocation of just 25,000 tickets for Saturday night’s showdown.
However, if you have not been lucky enough to snap up a ticket for the showpiece final then don’t worry ashas organised several fan festivals across the capital for supporters and neutrals to lap up what should be a red-hot atmosphere across the weekend.
From Regent Street (Thursday and Friday), Trafalgar Square (Thursday-Sunday), Potters Fields Park (Thursday-Sunday), Somerset House (Thursday-Sunday) and South Bank (Saturday and Sunday), UEFA will provide activities, live music, giveaways and community events across the four days to celebrate London’s first hosting of the Champions League final since 2013.
The festivals across all locations are free and open to all, even to those without a match ticket. UEFA said: “Festival admission across all locations is free and open to all, even to those without a match ticket to the Champions League final.
“All Champions Festival locations are neutral sites, so expect to meet fans and supporters of both finalist teams. UEFA Champions Festival sites are cashless. This includes food & beverage concessions and UEFA Champions League Fan Shops.
“Security checks will be in operation at some sites. Champions Festival sites are mostly open spaces at ground level and therefore accessible to wheelchair users. Specific accessibility information at the Champions Festival will be available soon.
