Here’s how to put it to use:
Take rain water, not the kind that falls from the ceiling or through trees; instead, keep your bucket in an open area or space so that it is pure rain water. When the rain has stopped or your bucket is full, bring it inside and cover it.
For Drinking
Pour your rain water into a dried bottle with no liquid inside it and refrigerate or place it on your kitchen counter. Every time you want to drink it, pray for it first, asking God and your ancestors for whatever you require. And refill it whenever it runs out. You can also drink it once and then stop, or drink it whenever you want.
For Bathing
