After losing 2-1 to Ludogorets in their opening group game, Mourinho’s Roma took a bold step to silence HJK Helsinki in a crucial encounter that finished with praises to the Italian side’s manager.

Roma found the first half difficult to break into the visiting HJK Helsinki’s defence even when Miro Tenho was sent off by the Referee for obstructing a goal scoring opportunity by Andrea Belloti in the 15th minute.

Starting the 2nd half with 10 men was a big blow to HJK Helsinki as Roma took advantage of the deficiency. Dybala scored the first goal for Roma Just 2 minute into the second half while Pellegrini doubled their lead 2 minutes after. Belloti completed the damage in the 68th minute to give Roma 3 goals and 3 points on Match Day 2.

Bodø took advantage of Salnæs’ own goal in the 54th minute after a terrible first half to build their confidence against Zurich of Switzerland as Vetlesen doubled their lead in the 58th minute to make it 2-0.

However, Zurich’s Avdijaj got the consolation for Zurich just 9 minute from Time to make it a befitting 2-1 as Bodø rise on the Table to go ahead of Arsenal FC of England that couldn’t play PSV Eindhoven due to Queen Elizabeth mourning.

Arsenal are now 2nd on the table but with a game in hand following Bodø’s victory that earned them 4 points after 2 games.

Even after beating HJK Helsinki by 3-0, Mourinho’s Roma remains 3rd on the Group’s Table with 3 points, trailing Ludogorets on head to head and Bodø on point.
