The former Arsenal and West Brom winger, 26, has become one of the hottest properties in Europe since leaving the Premier League, having scored 59 goals and added 44 assists for Bayern.
And that has helped them to win four Bundesliga titles, two DFB-Pokals and the Champions League during that period, but even though he has become a big part of the set-up at the club, there is alot of speculation surrounding his future
He has has netted 14 goals and laying on five assists in the most recent Bundesliga campaign – despite all the speculation – but it seems that his time at the club is coming to and end
Gnabry only has one year left on his contract at the Allianz Arena and is believed to be weighing up his options – knowing that he has a few options to choose from should he actually decide to leave the club.
Now Chelsea have been handed a real boost to land Gnabry this transfer window – if you believe the latest reports in the media
That’s because Bayern Munich transfer chief director Hasan Salihamidzic has refused to rule out selling Gnabry, although he insisted the club want him to stay put.
Salihamidzic said, reported by Fabrizio Romano: We really want to keep him. I hope that he chooses Bayern.
“If a player doesn’t want to decide for the club, then we can find a solution that makes everyone happy.”
