The Blues are said to be hoping to take advantage of the uncertainty around Manchester United’s takeover and secure the Nigerian’s signature at a cost of around £125million. Such a deal would likely spell the end of Joao Felix’s time in west London.
Zidane rejects two-year deal from Al-Nassr
According to a report from journalist Santi Aouna, Al Nassr proposed a two-year contract worth €150 million to former Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane.
The former French midfielder, though, has rejected the offer as he believes there’ll be better opportunities coming his way and he wants to be patient regarding his future.
PSV make decision on signing Everton star Branthwaite
PSV Eindhoven are pulling the plug on signing Everton star Jarrad Branthwaite permanently after being priced out of a deal, accrording to reports in Football Insider. The Dutch club have been impressed by the 20-year-old defender during his season-long loan and have explored a full-time deal.
However, Everton have quoted the Dutch giants with a price tag of between £5-£6 million, a fee that PSV are reluctant to pay despite Branthwaite’s impressive form.
