The Old Trafford outfit were linked to the 23-year-old in the January transfer window before the Portugal international decided to join Chelsea on a six-month loan deal from Atletico Madrid.
Felix is keen to leave Atletico Madrid this summer and has reportedly informed his agent Jorge Mendes to find him a new team this summer.
According to ABC, the Premier League giants have opened talks to sign Felix from Atletico.
Felix joined the Spanish La Liga giants from Benfica back in 2019 for a £113m deal.
